I AM TRACIE FRETTY AND THIS IS My Story...
I had been a teacher for 20 years and loved every minute of it, but life has a way of catching us off guard. Unsuspectingly, I fell into a deep depression, and gained an awful lot of weight. I ended up wearing a size 11. In 1998, I woke up one day and decided I needed to do something different. I began to work out. On the other side of the depression I realized, I loved working out. It was then that I decided I wanted to become a part-time personal trainer. So, I pursued my certification and became a full-time trainer.
Life smacked me again, this time instead of eating my way out of pain, I threw myself into exercise. I also spent time with God, building and strengthening my spirit man as well as my body. Before I knew it, I was winning powerlifting and fitness competitions. As I came off that high, I realized I wanted to help woman be their best. I wanted to encourage them that "They can do all things through Christ who strengthens them." Philippians 4:13
In 2013, I followed my dream and went to get my certification as a Massage Therapist and Body Contouring Technician.
I started my own company, "The Essence of You." in that same year. Today, I am committed to helping you transform your mind, body and soul. Join me, and lets get started on the brand new you. There is no better time to begin, then NOW!
